Career Compass
Career Compass is our 12-week group coaching program, designed to give you all the skills you need to level-up your career.
We polled 100+ professionals at both mid and senior levels of their career and asked them:
What do you struggle with the most in your professional development?
What (non-technical skills) do you believe will help you advance your career?
Career Compass was developed to answer these concerns and give new and emerging leaders a combination of networking, soft skills, and hard tools to step into leadership.
This program offers:
Practical, action-driven coaching to help participants develop tools, skillsets and mindsets that will support their leadership growth
A group coaching format, to create deep connections within each cohort that will help participants build their networks and provide each other with ongoing support
Each cohort is between 6-10 participants, to ensure that everyone gets a level of tailored coaching, and participants benefit from the relationships they build long after the program ends.
The program requires a 2-hour commitment per week. Participants watch learning modules (approx. 1 hour) on their own at the start of each week, and then meet as a group with their coach (1 hour session).
The Program

Week 1: Finding Your Mission and Building a 5-Year Plan – it all starts with your vision for your life, your legacy and your mission
Week 2: Battling Imposter Syndrome – your imposter has real consequences for your career advancement and ability to make money. These techniques will help you address your imposter whenever they swing by.
Week 3: Telling Your Story – learn how to pitch yourself, whether in an interview, at a networking event, speaking engagement or professional setting. Articulate your story and let others know what you stand for.
Week 4: Hot-Seat Coaching

Week 5: Negotiating 101 – learn from a trained negotiator tactics to state your case and get to the outcome you want
Week 6: Effective Communication – learn how to persuade, improve your presentation and speaking style, and learn the impact of tone, stance, and content
Week 7: Crucial Conversations – learn a framework to have high-stakes conversations and keep your relationships
Week 8: Hot-Seat Coaching

Week 9: Building a Healthy Team – how to define your leadership, build equitable teams and bring out the best in others
Week 10: Approaching Performance Calibration – how to navigate that tricky, and not always equitable, process of performance reviews
Week 11: Managing Burnout –77% of the corporate workforce experiences burnout, and it is the leading cause of women leaving the workforce. This module teaches effective strategies to manage and prevent burnout to ensure career longevity
